Rental Options

🐓 Poultry Plucker – $50/day

High-quality mechanical plucker to quickly and efficiently remove feathers, saving you hours of labor.

• 750 Watt, 1 HP motor with GFCI plug
• On/off switch conveniently located on handle
• Angled chute directs feathers and water away from motor
• Built in water system with on/off valve (hose not included)
• Maximum combined weight of poultry/birds to be plucked at one time is 16 lbs.
• Individual birds weighing more than 8 lbs. should not be put in the plucker

🐓 Full Processing Kit – $100/day

Everything you need for a smooth processing day:

• Poultry plucker (details listed above)
• Electric Poultry Scalder: Scalding is the secret to plucking a bird, loosening the quills so the feathers come out easily. This poultry scalder has a 13-gallon tub that holds 1-2 chickens at a time. It's made from double-walled stainless steel and includes a large spigot for quick clean-up. May also be used to shrink-wrap birds after plucking. The indicator light will go out once desired temperature is reached.
• 4 x Chicken Kill Cone Stand
• 2 x Size Large & 1 x Size Small Waterproof Heat Resistant Gloves

Deposit Policy

A fully refundable $250 deposit is required at the time of rental. The deposit will be returned once all equipment is inspected and confirmed to be returned in clean, working condition.

Liability Waiver

By renting this equipment, the renter acknowledges that poultry processing involves inherent risks, including the use of sharp tools, hot water, and mechanical equipment. The renter agrees to assume all responsibility for the safe and proper use of the equipment and releases Sentinel Family Farm from any liability for injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the rental period. Equipment must be used in a safe and responsible manner and returned in the same condition in which it was received.
